After delving into the world of MOBAs with Overdox, Haegin has returned to the sporting realm for their third game, Extreme Golf. They've previously released the popular Homerun Clash, so they definitely have some form in this area. Extreme Golf is available now in select countries for Android with an iOS release expected to follow later in April.Extreme Golf is a multiplayer game where you'll tee off against 4-8 other players simultaneously. That means no waiting patiently for it to be your turn, instead, you'll have to golf at your best, but also do so within an allotted time frame. Factor in the usual golfing quandaries such as terrain, ball spin and wind makes Extreme Golf have the potential to become an intense multiplayer sports game.

505 Games has revealed the revenge-filled, free to play dogfighting game Airframe: Nemesis for iOS and Android. It's coming out later this year. It's set in the year 2050 after you've been betrayed and left for dead. As a pilot, the way you seek revenge is to grab a fighter jet and square off in dogfights. It's a Metal-supported game (so it looks quite swish) for people who like flying around really fast and firing missiles at planes until they explode. But it focuses specifically on a more tactical 1v1-type stand-off in the air.Part of this is defeating other pilots to gain territory, as well as to earn currency, loot, buffs, and experience to advance your fighter jet with.
PewDiePie's gross-out dungeon crawler, Poopdie, has finally launched for iOS after Apple rejected it earlier this month for featuring "crude imagery and sound effect [sic] which may disgust users", according to developer Bulbware. The initial ruling caused a small internet uproar among PewDiePie fans, who have been waiting to play Poopdie for years now. The game appears to take plenty of inspiration from Ed McMillen's classic roguelike, The Binding of Isaac. While it might be similarly gross, Poopdie does seem to be a lot more lighthearted, with a big focus on scatological humour.Download Poopdie by PewDiePie and Bulbware today (it's free - and that's a great price)! Read more on our blog https://t.co/H9YqoP5HfP#poopdie #pewdiepie #bulbware pic.twitter.com/eRdU8BJCVg— Poopdie (@PoopdieGame) December 23, 2019It takes place in a world where folks have forgotten how to fart and defecate. Poopdie, a small worm-like creature, is seemingly one of the few who still has the ability to do both, much to the disgust of his aggressive neighbours.Combat sees you relying on Poopdie's "poopcrafting" skills to mix together different foods, poop them out, then have them function as specific unit types. It's all very silly and (hopefully) fun.Ex-Ed Ric previewed it late last year, saying that "Poopdie is a solid dungeon crawler with an aesthetic to design a very particular audience. And that audience, based on the laughter booming through the booth as the story was explained to passers-by, will absolutely love it."Updated on August 17th, at 12:40am: As promised, Diffission is out now on iPad and iPhone. The figure-slicing puzzler offers endless tricky challenges and minimalist style for £2.29 / $2.99.You can find the game on the App Store. We've seen some great puzzlers roll through the doors over the past month, and the upcoming puzzler by Filament Games, Diffission, is another interesting take on the genre and it's coming next week. The idea of the game is to take the chunk of puzzle - like a block of oddly-shaped cheese - and slice it into equal pieces. Diffission offers varying mechanics, from blocks that dissolve to blocks that swap, and multiple play modes, such as the timed challenge mode. The game can be as simple as slicing up squares to cutting your way through extensive structures in an endless amount of procedurally generated levels. You can also earn diamonds as you play in order to unlock more diverse challenges. Short, sweet, and intriguing.Diffission is due to launch on iTunes next Monday 15th August. We'll let you know the moment it drops.
