1、
Pokemon Sun and Moon are the most popular of Nintendo's titles to hit the UK and the most pre-ordered game in its history...and now it's official that they've now broken another of Nintendo's personal records.

Twenty years after Pokemon Red and Blue released into the world, Sun and Moon has wiped the floor with its sale figures, coming in at a whopping 3.7 million copies in America in just a fortnight. If that doesn't deserve an 'oh my god' I don't know what does.

The latest report by Nintendo states: "In less than two weeks, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems sold a combined total of 3.7 million units. That's an 85 percent increase over Pokemon X and Pokemon Y – the previous record holders for Nintendo's fastest-selling games – during the same period when those games launched in 2013."

Sales in Europe and Japan have been equally as exceptional, pushing nearly half a million in the UK, 1.5 million in Europe, and 1.9 million in Japan.

It'll be interesting to see the reports after the holiday period is over and whether this was a huge jump in sales due to the hype, or whether figured will remain steady as 2017 commences.

Considering its rumoured Switch-exclusive Pokemon game is still on the table, I think Nintendo may have a rather good year.

Cast your minds back to August, ladies and gents, and you might remember a pretty little game called The Frostrune. Well, it's finally coming to mobile and Steam in the next couple of weeks.

Btw, @GrimnirMedia’s The Frostrune is *finally* releasing on February 2 and it’s gotten some really nice improvements since I first played. pic.twitter.com/iHSSr8dlEY— AppUnwrapper.com (@AppUnwrapper) January 25, 2017 After finding yourself shipwrecked on an island, a recently-abandoned settlement shows evidence of panic and fear. The big question is: why? It's up to you to explore the village and the ancient forests to unearth relics, solve puzzles, and discover the mysteries of the island.

The Frostrune is a classic point-and-click puzzler based on Norse culture and mythology. Not only is it visually stunning, but it also had an intriguing narrative - at least from the section I got to play around with last year. Better yet, every element of the game is as authentic and historically accurate as possible.

We don't have long to wait as The Frostrune hits out on mobile and Steam on February 2nd, though we still don't know how much for. While you're waiting, take a look at Grimnir's competition to actually win Tyrving, the official Frostrune sword.

3、
Backspace is about logging online to find that you're sucked into a super network and can't escape.

That might sound like a horror story, but it's not. Backspace is actually a sci-fi action arcade game set on spherical worlds.

You drive around these spheres to get inside of them using Pods to break through walls, and Teleports to travel between their layers.

Along the way, you'll be blowing up enemies and moving cargo around to solve puzzles. It's all an effort to unlock the secret of the network that's trapped you and your friends.
